Born on December 15, 2006, in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Lauloto Salei is a dynamic rugby league player recognised for his versatility and leadership on the field. His early rugby league journey began in Alice Springs, where he showcased his potential from a young age. At just 15 years old, Salei was already making significant strides in the sport, earning opportunities to train with senior teams.
Salei’s commitment to the game led him to Brisbane, where he attended Wavell State High School. Here, he became an integral part of the school’s Rugby League Excellence Program, further honing his skills and understanding of the game.
In 2025, Salei joined the Norths Devils, bringing his dynamic play and leadership qualities to the team. His impact was felt immediately, and he was honored as the Mal Meninga Cup Player of the Year, reflecting his outstanding contributions during the season.
